indoor swimming pool was too smelly - chlorine stench made it impossible to use the pool.

we got tired of same food every day. They should have more variations of cousine.

there were no supervisors around the pool. 3 guys were doing weird acts in and around the pool. We felt uncomfortable at the pool.Also, it was mentioned as the pool was heated, but it was too cold.

Room:The room was generally good, clean, and comfortable. However, the air conditioning did not work properly during my stay, and the blanket provided was too small for a comfortable night’s sleep.Breakfast & Dinner:I booked through Booking.com with both breakfast and dinner included. However, the hotel uses different-colored wristbands for guests and does not explain their meaning at check-in. This leads to inconsistent treatment, for example, on the first night I was served fresh juice with no problem, but on the second night I was told my wristband color did not include juice and I would need to pay 3 euros extra. This policy felt unfair and poorly communicated.

The air conditioning in the room did not work properly.The blanket provided was too small.Unfair and unclear treatment regarding breakfast and dinner — different wristband colors for guests without explanation.

The location and view of the mountains on the water is exceptional. The spa and gym were also very nice.

There was mold EVERYWHERE. My room had mold in the entire bathroom. We switched rooms and it was there again in the new room. Then we were going to switch rooms again (because of the mold and AC not working) and I peaked at the new room and it also has mold and broken AC. This is a health hazard! Especially after I got a rhinoplasty! The air conditioners also did not work. Which was hell! I have a medical condition where I get rashes in hot environments and it really was awful staying here. The tv did not work and was not compatible with screen sharing so while I was recovering it was also again, hell.

Great hotel, good architecture and very pleasant in general.

Most of the staff were very friendly. The food was very good. Great variety and very well prepared.

Nothing good to say about this place really. Location is somewhat ok and beds were fine.

Reception is very unfriendly, borderline rude. Not greeting customers, no desire to help or make the stay even somewhat pleasant.Food is of poor quality and not even remotely tasty, 90% of dishes repeat from dinner to dinner. Breakfast is the same every day, not great either. Coffee is pure garbage, "juices" are chemical substances. Service in the restaurant is as bad as on reception - one can wait for drinks for 15min straight.Indoor pool is dirty, towels are worn out, rooms are dirty and dusty and no one seems to care. It's amazing that this place is still operating. Price-quality rate is terrible as well.

- Way to hot rooms / No AC in November despite 30°C- Ventilation was stinking rotten - Breakfast had no variation, didn't allow sleeping in and the quality was medium - Spa/Steambath was dirty and partly broken- Sauna temperaturen changed all the time but never really got warm- Very expensive massages We stayed with a baby and the room had 28°C when we arrived with flight delay at 2AM.Sleeping was really bad. Aspecialy for the baby.The staff was friedly but couldn't help because the AC is turned on/off central via technican at certain dates no matter what weather it is.Beyound stupid for such a hot area.

Excellent location, good room, good breakfast, friendly staff.

A socket falling out of the wall in the bathroom looked very much out of place. No fruit juices but rather "fruit drinks" with a lot of suger and undrinkable "coffee" for breakfast that was spoiling the overall good impression.

I had an excellent stay in Ramada. The location is very close to old city and most of the attractions. The breakfast was excellent, lots of new choices every day. The staff are very pleasant.

Prices for drinks and snacks are inflated. Tropical shower at the room wasn’t working

Only two restaurants: one serving hotel meals and the other is only available via pre-reservation. Keep in mind that shuttle from the airport is not free and not cheap
